Technology Requirements
Arkadin’s Conferencing services require
no specialist hardware or software and can run on just a small amount of network
bandwidth. We deliver collaboration solutions based on a ‘Software as a
Service’ (SaaS) model , accessible via any standard web browser.
You can access our Arkadin Anytime™
audio conferencing service from any fixed line or mobile phone and ArkadinAnywhere™
web conferencing service or ArkadinVideo™ from any PC, laptop or even your
smartphone. This makes it incredibly easy for conference moderators and
participants to get into their meetings anytime, anywhere and to integrate
conferencing naturally into their working day.
We’re sure your organisation will meet all the basic
computing technology requirements to run our web-based conferencing solutions,
but in case you wish to check what these are, please see below:
Operating System
- PC - Windows 2000 SP2+, XP SP3,
Vista or 7 - XP SP3 or higher recommended but not essential
- Mac - OS X 10.2.x or greater -
application sharing add-on is not supported
Web Browsers
- PC - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 (SP3), 7 and 8
- Mac - Safari 4
- Either - Mozilla Firefox 3, 3.5

desktop Download via the ArkadinLounge™ portal or from within the web console

Participants
- Flash Player 9.0 or above will enhance
your viewing experience but is not mandatory
