Overview
Arkadin’s ‘Welcome’ self-service portal is an online provisioning tool, available in Standard and Advanced versions and customisable according to your company’s requirements. It can be configured in accordance with your organisation’s hierarchy, for example by subsidiary, by country, by department or by user profile.
Employees can simply fill in an online form to generate a new audio and web conferencing account, whilst administrators can approve requests, create new accounts and access all account information.
