Olivier de Puymorin founded Arkadin in 2001 and has over 20 years of telecommunications experience. As founder and CEO he has assembled a very experienced and knowledgeable Board of Directors, as well as a strong management team, and leads the company by providing consulting and insight into all aspects of Arkadin’s business units. Prior to Arkadin, Olivier founded Xpedite France in 1992, a reseller of Xpedite Systems, Inc.’s telecommunications services. He raised equity money from Apax Partners, grew the revenue to €15 million, claimed 35 of the CAC 40 as clients, and sold the business to Premiere Global Services, Inc. (NYSE: PGI). Prior to Xpedite, Olivier owned a series of successful companies involved in information distribution. Olivier started his career as a private banker at Banque Worms then Finindus

Stanislas Pilot

Stanislas Pilot, based in Paris, joined Arkadin in July 2010 as Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.). He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Arkadin, Stanislas was Private Equity Practice Leader for CAPGEMINI CONSULTING. Before joining CAPGEMINI CONSULTING, Stanislas was a Principal at APAX PARTNERS, where he mostly focused on the Telecom and Technology sector. Stanislas has more than 15 years of experience in France, the UK and North America focusing on value creation and business transformation.
Stanislas is a graduate from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (Telecom ParisTech) and he also holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a master’s degree in economics from Paris Dauphine University.

Dominic Cusk

Dominic Cusk, based in London, joined Arkadin in early 2004 and is responsible for Arkadin’s European operations.
Prior to Arkadin, Dominic was Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific for Premiere Global Services, Inc. (formerly Xpedite), based in Sydney and responsible for Xpedite's operations in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. Before his move to Australia, Dominic was the UK General Manager for Xpedite in London. During his 9 year tenure at Premiere, he helped to launch and develop Premiere Conferencing in the UK and led the acquisition of direct competitors in both London and Sydney, deals that required significant integration of clients, employees and technology.
Dominic has 18 years of experience within the telecommunications industry, fulfilling roles based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Thomas Boudier

Thomas Boudier is a co-founder of Arkadin and held the position of Chief Technology Officer until the end of 2007, managing R&D and operations from the inception of the company. He is CTO & co-founder. Mr. Boudier brings 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to Arkadin, Mr. Boudier was the European Technical Director for Xpedite where he managed the operations of a pan-European telecommunications network that handled in excess of 3 million minutes per day and an innovative development group that created both system and client-side applications for business communications. Prior to Xpedite, Mr. Boudier led both operations and development teams for several communications companies in France.
Mr. Boudier holds a Masters of Science degree from the Ecole Centrale de Nantes.

Christophe Mulin

Christophe Mulin manages Arkadin’s Human resources and is based in Paris. Christophe joined Arkadin in September 2007 after spending more than 25 years in the manufacturing industry in HR positions of increasing responsibility.
Most recently Christophe served in global positions including Human Resources Director of Motors & Actuators, a branch of Valeo from 2005 to 2007, and prior to Valeo, as Vice President, HR of Switch Products, a division of ITT Industries from 1997 to 2005. During his tenure at ITT Industries, Christophe was deeply involved in several M&A operations including three successive acquisitions in the US and Asia and most recently he led the HR stream of the divestiture of the Valeo branch acquired by Nidec, a Japanese company.
Christophe is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.

He joined Arkadin in January 2007 to create the Global & Strategic Accounts (GSA) group and develop Arkadin international footprint within Fortune Global Enterprises, which included building strategic relationship with Unified Communication vendors such as Microsoft and Cisco Webex. Prior to Arkadin, Christophe worked 15 years in high tech industry in Sales and General Management positions for leading fast growing software companies such Electronic Arts, Criterion Software and XRT. Christophe graduated with a Master Degree in Management from University of Paris. |
Serge Genetet

Serge Genetet, based in Singapore, joined Arkadin in April 2008 and is responsible for Arkadin’s Asia Pacific operations. Before joining Arkadin, Serge was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Operations at InfoVista, a leading provider of performance monitoring solutions. In this position, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and customer service within the Asia-Pacific region. From 2001 to 2008, Serge held several management positions of increasing responsibility at Infovista, with a record of successful integrations of sales and technical organizations from different countries into global operations. Prior to InfoVista, Serge was Worldwide Director of the Service Level Agreement Department at SITA Equant, a leading Communication and Service Provider (now Orange Business Services, a subsidiary of France Telecom). Prior to Equant, M. Genetet provided consulting services to large European companies. He was also CEO and founder of Helix, a financial software company based in France.

As President of Arkadin’s North American operations, Mark Alexander is responsible for leading business strategy and sales. Since joining the company in October 2010 he is committed to realizing the company’s high growth potential for unified collaboration services with Arkadin’s trademark customer focus. A telecommunications and Internet services veteran known for a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style, Mark was most recently Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Premiere Global Services.
