Arkadin and Orange Partnership on Conferencing Services Wins TMC’s Cloud Computing Excellence Award
Partnership with Orange Underscores Value of Arkadin’s White Label Program for Delivering High Quality Collaboration Solutions to Telcos
The Cloud Computing Excellence Award, sponsored by global integrated media company TMC, recognizes companies that have most effectively leveraged cloud computing in their efforts to bring new, differentiated offerings to market.
Together, the companies created the Conference Pro audio and web conferencing service, which is provided and operated by Arkadin as a white-label offer modeled after the online self-registration service ArkadinExpress. Tailor made for Orange’s unique quality, technical and branding requirements, the service is available in two offers and sold through Orange’s Cloud Pro website. Dedicated to small business services, the site is aligned with the French government’s goal of equipping very small enterprises with advanced digital technologies. After a successful pilot in France, the service will be expanded to additional European countries through Orange’s distribution channels.
“Our partnership with Arkadin has been extremely successful in delivering on our goal of bringing affordable, high quality cloud-based conferencing to our small business customers,” says Robin Ferriere, Orange’s VP of Cloud On-Demand Services. “The ease of use and stability of the Conference Pro service delivers high levels of customer satisfaction with minimal support requirements, resulting in a good level of profitability. We’re excited about the momentum and together with Arkadin look forward to extending the offer to more enterprises throughout Europe.”
“We’re thrilled to be recognized by TMC and proud to team up with Orange to provide our audio and web conferencing services to their numerous business clients,” says Didier Jaubert, Arkadin’s Chief Partnership Officer. “The award is a testament to the value of our white label partnership program for driving high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction to our Telecommunications and Channel partners.”
